Spółka została powołana 04.02.2019 roku z inicjatywy Tomasza Brzezińskiego, Mateusza Przewoźniaka, Wojciecha Kubasika i Pawła Trzcińskiego. W naszym kręgu zainteresowań pojawiła się możliwość dostarczenia bogatego w białko oraz inne składniki produktu, który stałby się alternatywą dla białek pochodzenia zwierzęcego. W obliczu coraz większego zapotrzebowania na produkty bogate w białko, owady stały sięw naszej ocenie idealnym źródłem jego pozyskania.
